Configure Agent Capability

Add the Group Agent Capability on any agents to reserve to toggle this behavior on. An agent with this Capability will not pick any builds unless that Build belongs to a Project that has specified this Agent. 

Specify Group Agent in Project Plan

Once the agent has the Group Agent capability, it will exclude itself for all builds, unless the plan calls that agent(s) out by name.

Just list out related Group Agents on a plan's Configuration
